This isn't another box to tick or a set of rules to white-knuckle your way through. It's a structured, evidence-based coaching relationship that helps you understand what's actually driving your patterns - and build the skills to finally change them.

01. The Kick Off Session


We start by getting clear on two things: who your Steady Self is, and what's been getting in the way of that. Together we map the gap - and build a plan to get you there.

02. Coaching Calls


Every two weeks, 45 minutes to work through what's actually getting in the way - with someone who can see what you can't. You'll leave with something to act on, not just think about.

03. Steady Mind Training


Between sessions, you'll work through evidence-based exercises that build the skills to think more clearly, act more intentionally, and show up as the person you're working towards becoming.

On the weeks between calls, you have the option to submit a short check-in and I'll send back a video with feedback and a tool to try.

Hi! I’m Shannon.

I'm a compassion-focused coach and nutritionist, founder of Body Image Fundamentals and the CEO of Compassion Driven Coaching. 

I've spent the last 7 years helping smart, self-aware coaches get unstuck - and what actually works when everything else hasn't.

I completed a diploma in Compassion-Focused Therapy because I wanted to work with the psychological processes that actually drive self-sabotage, not just the surface level behaviour change tools.

I work under clinical supervision and invest in ongoing training, because my clients deserve more than good intentions.

I'm not here to tell you what you already know; I'm here to help you actually change. I'll be direct when something needs to be said, and warm when you need support.
