When I first became a nutritionist, I thought understanding the science would be enough. But it quickly became clear: nutrition isn’t just about food - it’s about the whole person.

I became a Compassionate Mind Training facilitator, contributed to research on self-compassion and body image and now I'm completing my diploma in Compassion-Focused Therapy.
